The installation is completely standard “manually” with a choice of OS installation parameters. Integrated: a program for returning to the system the familiar buttons and Start menu, gadgets for the desktop, additional themes and desktop pictures, updates, etc. The assembly is intended for those who want to design the system to their taste. The assembly includes unblocking installation on unsupported computers and installation with the Internet turned off.

• Installing the operating system is no different from installing the operating system from the original. OS installation time varies from 10 to 60 minutes depending on the speed of the media and the power of the computer. Applications are installed using the post-install method by the internal OS installer. The contents of the images can be transferred to a bootable USB flash drive or burned to a DVD using the appropriate procedure for creating bootable media. The assembly was tested in all installation options on a real machine from a bootable USB flash drive. No installation errors found. The most optimal option for installing from a flash drive is the fastest and most convenient. To create a flash drive, the easiest way is to use the Ventoy or Rufus programs on computers with an MBR disk structure (the programs are present in the assembly image). For computers with UEFI and GPT disks, the Rufus program (present in the iso image) is suitable, selecting the appropriate parameters (UEFI) and formatting the flash drive in FAT32. When creating a flash drive with Rufus, disable all additional patches for Win11; the necessary patches have already been made in the assembly. You are solely responsible for the use of other programs when creating a bootable USB flash drive. More details in the instructions . As an option, I recommend enabling the standard BIOS interface or booting in BIOS compatibility mode (Legacy), and converting the GPT disk to MBR. Keep in mind that flash drives for installing the system on MBR and GPT disks are created with different parameters and are not compatible with each other. The methods of booting from a flash drive are also different; you need to boot onto an MBR disk only in compatibility mode (Legacy) or CSM, and on a GPT disk only from under the UEFI interface. I strongly recommend disabling your antivirus and Windows Defender when creating a bootable USB flash drive or burning a DVD to avoid deleting activators.
• The functionality of the assembly is guaranteed only when installed “clean”, i.e. when installing from booting the computer onto a clean, formatted partition (disk) from bootable installation media. When installing a system by updating an old system, I strongly recommend that you first take appropriate measures for a conflict-free installation. When installing using the update method, be sure to first remove old design elements, such as StartIsBack, the old version of UltraUXThemePatcher and third-party desktop themes (from 10, etc.) if installed. It is better to install the OS using the update method with the Internet turned off, and I also recommend disabling the “download new updates from the Microsoft website” function in the first installation window. I also recommend that you restart your computer immediately after installing the system to accept the settings of the current user. I remind owners of computers with disks with a GPT structure that installation is only possible from a UEFI interface from a flash drive created under certain conditions, for example with the Rufus program (UEFI to GPT, FAT32).
• The assembly bypasses restrictions on installing the system on computers with an unsupported processor, with Secure Boot disabled, missing TPM 2.0 and a GPT disk. The workaround works both when installing the OS on a “clean” basis, and by updating the old system. The 4 GB RAM size limit was not removed, since I do not recommend installing Win11 with a smaller amount of RAM.
• The assembly unblocks the installation of a system with the Internet turned off. Therefore, to simplify installation, on computers with a direct connection to the Internet, I advise you to temporarily disconnect the connection physically. Only with the Internet turned off is it possible to create a local account.
• After installation, the system absolutely calmly and without problems automatically installs the necessary and compatible drivers if they are not in the system or updates outdated ones from the MS website. A necessary requirement is a configured Internet connection and that crooked hands do not interfere with this. If drivers are not automatically installed for you, it means you do not have an Internet connection, or there are no drivers for 10 for your computer hardware. The necessary drivers can also be installed manually. All drivers from 10 are suitable for Win11. If you do not install drivers manually, then the driver you are installing is not compatible either with your hardware or with the Win10 system itself. All other options can be attributed to crooked hands and lack of necessary knowledge.
For ease of use, minor changes have been made to the OS image:
- a bypass for system requirements has been implemented both when installing on a “clean” basis and by updating;
- the OS component .NetFramework 3.5 (2.0 and 3.0 inclusive) is running, required by some programs;
- show "My Computer" and "Control Panel" on the desktop;
- an additional submenu "Personalization+" has been added to the desktop menu
for quick access to computer settings;
- in the "file" menu added "open file with notepad", "move to...", "copy to...";
- Added “Device Manager” to the “computer” menu;
- shortcuts to 7 “User Libraries” folders are hidden from the “My Computer” window;
- show hidden files and folders;
- show file extension;
- the home page of the author of the assembly has been added to browsers;
- transparency of the bottom panel is enabled (depending on the enabled theme);
- added additional background pictures for the desktop;
- added additional desktop themes;
- added additional gadgets.
Disabled: User Account Control (UAC), "News and Interests" and SmartScreen (for more details, see the notes on the assembly, paragraph 9).
Hibernation has been disabled (optimized) (see assembly notes, point 9).
A small adjustment has been made to user privacy. (see assembly notes, paragraph 9).
All changes in the assembly, registry tweaks, and addition of material were made only by legal and MS-recommended DISM and Windows ADK tools. Applications are installed using the post-install method by the internal OS installer. The assembly was not created in audit mode and no third-party, “left-handed” tools were used when creating the assembly. The assembly is completely transparent and available for control, viewing and editing. All material added to the system is located in one folder and anyone can view it.
Also, additional material for self-installation has been added to the installation DVD image.
Additional material:
After installing the system, folders with additional material will be created on the system drive C:.
- The "Activators" folder contains several different activators for this system.
- The "Avatars" folder contains user avatars.
- Added the Patches_FIX folder with system patches to the desktop, tweaks to enable SmartScreen, UAC, hibernation, telemetry, returning the standard menu 11, "UltraUXThemePatcher" and showing 7 custom folders in the Computer window. The AntiSpy folder contains the anti-spyware program ShutUp10++.
Also in the installation DVD image itself there are added programs for creating a flash drive, a program for determining the style of discs, a poster and a cover for the DVD. You can extract the material by mounting the image on a virtual disk drive or with any archiver, and of course from the installation media.

Differences from previous versions of the build:
1. The build is based on the official final images of Microsoft WIN11 22H2, released in October 2022.
3. The Edge browser has been updated to the latest version of Microsoft Edge based on Chromium. Added Google Chrome. (new)
4. Automatically installed programs have been replaced with current versions (new).
5. New working activators have been added, tested as of March 2023 (new).
6. On the desktop, registry tweaks have been added to the Patches_FIX folder for those who want to return some disabled functions to their original state.
7. Added new desktop themes and several new gadgets. Some desktop themes have been updated to take into account the new OS "dark style" feature. (new)
8. Disabled: telemetry (sending reports and diagnostic data), automatic downloading of advertising games, background blur upon entry, reserved storage. "System Protection" is enabled (creating restore points) already at the initial stage.

System Activation:
To activate the system, use your license or consider purchasing one. If you are not satisfied with this option, use the alternative. After installing the OS, a folder "Activators" will be created on the system disk, where you can find a selection of tools for activating the system. I recommend using the automatic KMS activator KMSAuto Net 2016 Portable
Be sure to add the folder to the list of trusted folders in your antivirus and defender settings. In the folder with activators there is a help file for those having difficulties with the activation procedure.
1. Disable the antivirus if Windows Defender is also installed (required).
2. Open the “Activators” folder on the system drive C: or follow the link on the desktop.
3. Launch the “KMSAuto” file from the KMSAuto Net 2016 Portable or AAct Portable folder.
4. Activate.
5. Reboot and after reboot we check the result.
6. If unsuccessful, try other activation methods from the material presented.
- Note: - activation of the system is possible with KMS activators for 180 days, followed by reactivation in manual or automatic mode. Additionally, the activator can create a schedule for automatic periodic activation of the system, so as not to worry about activation in the future (add it to trusted programs in your antivirus). Sometimes, after installing drivers or some programs, activation may fail, check and, if necessary, carry out the procedure again with another activator from those presented in the folder. Be sure to disable your antivirus when activating the system, creating a bootable USB flash drive, and burning a DVD. Do not delete the folder with activators, activators will still be needed. For more detailed information, the folder with activators contains a help file and pictures with instructions.
Users who have their own RET (OEM) key for prof. editors can activate it, but first, before installing the system, you must delete 2 files from the sources folder, EI.CFG and pid.txt from the image or directly from the installation flash drive.
Assembly notes and useful recommendations.
[spoiler]1. Before installing this system (Win11), make sure that your computer (laptop) supports it, and whether there are drivers for all equipment for this system (suitable from 10). Download the necessary drivers and save them to some storage media. The best thing to do is to run a system update and let it install drivers from Windows Update. Before installing the system, be sure to check the structure of the system disk on your computer, MBR or GPT. The correct installation of the system depends on this. At the root of the image there is a program to determine its structure (style). I do not recommend installing this system with less than 4 GB of RAM, since the 11th one consumes more memory.

2. The most correct and reliable way to install the system is to install from a DVD, provided that it is recorded correctly and without errors and the drive is in full working order. The most optimal option for installing from a flash drive is the fastest and most convenient. Be sure to disable your antivirus when activating the system, creating a bootable USB flash drive, and burning a DVD.
3. Owners of a computer with a system disk with a GPT structure need to know that only the 64-bit version is available for installation, and when installing the system from a flash drive, it must be formatted in FAT32. I recommend the Rufus program (v.18) with the selection of appropriate parameters in it. Installation is only available from the UEFI interface.
4. The assembly includes the StartAllBack program to return the familiar buttons and Start menu to the system. The menu presented in the Microsoft menu system is not entirely familiar and convenient, in my opinion. The program has many settings and allows you to design the Start menu, control panel and Explorer in the style of 11, 10 and 7, as well as many other settings. Warning: never update the program from the official website, otherwise the activation of the program will fail.
5. The assembly is installed unactivated; immediately after installation, activate it according to the suggested recommendations, having first disabled Windows Defender. I recommend a simple and convenient program KMS_VL_ALL_AIO. Read the help file in the folder with activators.
6. After installation, I advise you to configure StartAllBack to your taste, select the desired interface language, menu type and select the Start button. Also go to personalization, choose a design theme and desktop picture to suit your taste. In the user settings, you can select an avatar from the corresponding folder. Keep in mind that themes from all versions of 10 (7 and 8) are not suitable for this version, so do not try to apply them in this version. Those who wish to leave the original design of the 11th can do so without any worries. Just go to the settings of the StartAllBack program (Start - Properties) and check the "Disable for the current user" checkbox, do not launch gadgets and do not use third-party desktop themes. Also in the folder with patchers there are registry tweaks to return changes to the system. Additional material in the assembly does not have any effect on the system.
7. When installing on a “clean” basis, an Internet connection is not necessary. You can create a local account (with the Internet turned off) or log in with a Microsoft account (with the Internet connected). It is possible to create a local recording when connected to the Internet. To do this, simply enter a non-existent email address as a name, for example 1@1.com, and an arbitrary password, for example 111. Then the installer will display an error and offer to create a local account. To simplify installation, I recommend that you physically disconnect your Internet connection and create a local account.
When installing using the update method, be sure to first remove old design elements such as StartIsBack, the old version of UltraUXThemePatcher and third-party desktop themes if installed. It is better to install the OS using the update method with the Internet turned off, and I also recommend disabling the “download new updates from the Microsoft website” function in the first installation window.
8. Critical fixes and drivers from the update site are installed automatically when you connect to the Internet, so the computer slows down a lot at first. Connecting to the Internet can occur automatically at the system installation stage if there is a physical connection.
9. The built-in Windows Defender antivirus is not disabled in the assembly and is fully launched after installation. In the defender settings, the folder with activators is included in exceptions. When activating the system, be sure to stop the defender. To disable Windows Defender (Microsoft Defender), go to the Windows Security shortcut, present in the folder with the activators. Open the "Protection against virus threats" panel, go to the "Settings for protection against viruses and other threats" settings. Click "Manage Settings". We move the switch “Anti-counterfeiting” and “Real-time protection” to the “Off” position.
9.1 SmartScreen and UAC are suspended in the system to allow conflict-free activation and configuration of the system after installation. After successful activation, you can run it all back manually, or using registry tweaks from the additional material (Patches_FIX folder). Better yet, install some third-party antivirus. Many third-party antiviruses only support Windows 11 in their latest versions. Do not try to install old versions of antiviruses.
9.2 Hibernation is disabled in the system due to the fact that very few people use this function, and it reserves a huge amount of space on the hard drive. It is launched back by a registry tweak from the folder with tweaks.
9.3 A small adjustment has been made to user privacy. Unauthorized access of some applications to the camera, microphone, radio, location, contacts, calendar, etc. has been disabled. The downloading of advertising applications and games has been disabled. The background operation of the main metro applications is disabled. All changes can be reverted in the privacy settings.
9.4 The search window in the taskbar has been collapsed into a shortcut. Removed 7 GB hidden system storage. The function of creating restore points has been launched, which is disabled in the new version. Blur of window background when logging in is disabled. The Privacy window may display the message "Some settings are controlled by your organization." This has nothing to do with the organization. This message simply means that the settings have been changed by Group Policy. You can revert changes to settings using registry tweaks from the folder with patchers.
9.5 The new “News and Interests” application has been suspended in the build as useless, spyware and interfering with work. Those who want to try out the new features can launch it from Control Panel Settings. A Microsoft account is required for the application to work.
10. General impressions of the system are mostly positive, if you customize it a little to suit yourself. Microsoft regularly fixes system errors and makes more and more new ones, the process is endless.
11. The Cortana voice assistant does not work in the Russian version of the system, regardless of which language is selected as the main one, and also does not work in the entire CIS region. You can safely remove him/her.
12. The old Edge browser in the new version of the OS has been replaced with a new, completely redesigned version of Microsoft Edge based on Chromium. The browser turned out to be not bad at all and is not inferior in parameters to the browser market leader Google Chrome. But still, given the biased attitude of users towards this browser, Google Chrome was added to the assembly. A link to the author's website has been added to bookmarks and home pages in browsers, which can be easily removed in the browser settings. The downside of Edge is its high memory consumption. To reduce consumption, you need to go to its settings - System. Disable Acceleration of startup and background applications. Also remove Edge from startup.
13. For users who are sensitive to their privacy, I advise you not to accept the standard settings when installing the system, but to customize them for yourself, disable everything that tracks the user and create a local account. You can also configure these parameters after installing the system from the "Privacy" panel (Options - Settings). The new version has increased the number of privacy settings. Additionally, the “AntiSpy” folder with anti-spyware programs has been added to the assembly. All users must choose for themselves the balance between their privacy and new conveniences and features of the system. Attention, when working with anti-spyware programs, be careful not to remove unnecessary ones! Only YOU are responsible for incorrect work with these programs!
