Since the portable option used earlier in the repack was not able to save settings on x64 systems, it was added
the second version of the portable version, which copes with saving settings in a system of any capacity, but
in this case, it is not multi-bit (x86 + x64) and therefore is unpacked according to the capacity of the system.
