The assembly is based on the official image Win10_1903_V1_Russian_x64, which was made primarily for personal use. Removed all the telemetry that does not affect the stability of Windows 10, set the paging file (virtual memory) to the default of 2048 MB. Otherwise, nothing was added, but as there is a 100% original image Win10_1903_V1_Russian_x64.
