ArtIcons is a handy utility designed to create and edit icons in various formats. With the help of ArtIcons, you can create and edit icons, as well as work with icon libraries. The application supports the export and import of many image formats: ICO, PNG, BMP, JPEG, GIF, ANI, CUR, EXE, DLL, OCX, etc. In addition to using standard tools, the program allows you to use various effects, such as shadowing, adjusting hue and color saturation, rotation, transparency, color substitution, etc. You can export the created or edited icon to one of the supported formats.
