The basis of the assembly - the original images:
• en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677463.iso
• ru_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_677391.iso
• The assembly includes 9 editions of Windows 7 SP1 (x86 / x64), with integrated updates on 03/19/2019;
• The assembly does not include "harmful", "controversial" and not recommended updates;
• Install.wim pinched in ESD format
• To support more modern computers, ESD, NvMe and USB 3x - the original installer (bootloader) was replaced with a hybrid one made from the installer from 10-ki and 7-ki. There may be problems when installing on very old computers!
• Added support for NVMe drives
• Integrated USB 3.0 and 3.1 drivers
• Due to technical features, as well as due to the desire to fit this assembly on a DVD-5, this assembly cannot update the already installed system, as well as initiate the installation on a live OS;
• Installation is possible only on a formatted MBR disk / partition from under DOS.
Notes and recommendations
This assembly is provided "as is", no warranty is implied, you install this assembly at your own risk!
1. Assembly is not intended to be installed from under an already installed OS and update method.
2. The assembly is intended for a “clean” installation, “from scratch” - from under DOS to a clean, formatted partition and / or a disk with MBR markup (structure). To do this, you need to connect a bootable media (DVD-ROM or USB flash drive) with a recorded assembly, restart the computer and select the boot from this media, then follow the instructions of the installer.
3. In order to avoid problems when installing, as well as to get an activated OS, it is recommended to install this assembly with UEFI mode turned off and disk partitioning on the MBR!
To disable UEFI, go to the BIOS, go to the settings, Security Boot (Secure Boot) (it may be called differently, but it may NOT be that at all) and disable this setting.
Find UEFI and switch to Legacy, find UEFI Boot and switch to Legacy Boot.
Also, if your computer, especially a laptop, was originally "sharpened" for another OS (sold with it), for example, 8-ku, you need to find this setting and select Other. Format the disk, delete all traces of the 8-ki, and only then proceed to install the 7-ki.
Save the settings and restart the computer.
If the installation will be done from a flash drive, then you need to write it ONLY through the Rufus program! The "partition scheme" (may be called otherwise) change from GPT to MBR. Do not touch other settings!
4. Upon completion of the installation (after the first login) - the computer should automatically restart, do not interfere with this!
If the computer does not restart after about 1-2 minutes, after the Desktop has appeared, please correctly restart it manually, this is necessary to complete the installation.
5. Automatic update - disabled to NOT pick up new "surprises" from Microsoft! If so you need updates for 7-ki in 2019, BUT you do NOT want "surprises", then use UpdatePack from simplix, for example.
6. Sometimes, it happens that on some "hardware", at the final stage of the installation, on the page for creating a user account, the USB keyboard and / or mouse can "fall off". Nobody is insured against this - universal drivers NO!
Possible solutions:
1. Take care of the PS / 2 device in advance, if there is an appropriate connector.
2. Connect / reconnect to the USB 2.0 connector, if there is one.
3. If nothing helped to restart the computer, go into the BIOS to find the Advanced USB Configuration and select Intel xHCI Mode, switch to Disabled.
4. Go to BIOS to find USB Keyboard Support and USB Mouse Support switch to Enabled.
7. Activation, if the system is not automatically activated, - then you either neglected, recommendations, or did not become familiar with the features of the assembly, or so the stars. Use alternative activation methods, or licensed software.
